Established in 2010. AlphaDawg Sports is the state’s leader in hat production for a family owned facility.
We embroidered over 40,000 items last year, decorated over 80,000 items/ locations and started in the sporting goods uniform/equipment business in Nov. 1997. We are very proud of our abilities and were awarded a top 5 in the nation -” Small Shop Decorator of the Year” award a few years ago by Impressions Magazine. We offer screenprint, embroidery, sublimation and tackle twill services – ALL DONE IN HOUSE ! We do not farm our work to others as we want to control all aspects of the uniform purchase. Our 3-d puff embroidery is on par with Richardson, Champro and Pacific as they all have complimented our work and asked about sub-contract work. We do custom contract work for several in state and out of state sporting goods businesses and have many commercial accounts. We have 13 embroidery heads and can handle up to 1800 hats in a week – yes we have done that many in a week numerous times.
